Description: Email issues - appears the Get Mail 
is not working, not refreshing with new messages.

We do not control or have access to the code
behind the WebMail GUI. This has to be a browser
issue. Check for updates, reset browser settings,
or even try a different browser.

She said it's been happening for a while, shows 
no new messages, then if she clicks on the sent 
and then goes back to the inbox, it shows a list 
of new messages.  Seems to not be refreshing 
correctly.
