This is a high priority replacement as he has no
functioning machine and will need a station back
in his Office by Friday morning.  His old box
W#20030861 is on the counter in ITC008 as well as
the new cpu and monitor with GFA form.
Todor has been able to communicate with him via
email since he is off campus until Friday

afternoon by 3pm and won't be back until Friday
morning. That would be the most convienent time
for you to do this. I will make sure all of my
data is copied to the network by then if you agree
to do it then.

I have been dealing with a slow office computer
for a few months now and I finally have had
enough. My computer is sometimes as quick as it
used to be but it goes through periods where
opening internet explored takes many minutes. A
for instance is when I clicked over to my email
tab to write this email it took at about 15
seconds to swith over. I then needed to copy the
text that is your email address into the "To"
field and it took about 10 seconds. As this
doesn't always run very slow it will probably work
fine when you come and look at it... but hopefully
it will act up for you as well. It is an old Dell
and a replacement with a faster computer would be
nice but at the very least a wipe clean and fresh
ghosting would be satisfactory. Anyways, let me
know what you can do. My office is in NS 206 and
my side of the office is the North side.
