Karisa Mueller	Jan 05, 2011 08:53 AM	In her WOU email and personal email she is unable to open attachments people send you. This has been happening for over a month. She does not receive any error messages--they just won't open. She is also unable to move folders around on her computer. She can copy and paste. Additionally, everytime she turns on her computer a program tried to install and when she closes it it keeps popping up. W#20070668	Add Attachment
