she is a current PC user please give her lots of 
help with file transfer, network access(drives) 
etc. also show her applications in MAC os for 
music and video as she will be using a Digital 
video recorder to record and transmit student 
sessions.  If she is not happy with the MAC after 
1 week we will trade out for PC.  She is also 
indicated that she is a heavy email and 
powerpoint userr
