I talked to her about these printers.  Based on
the age and the print count of the printers they
need to be replaced.  They just got a new printer
so they are going to see about just eliminating
these printers and using the new ones.

Two of their printers are getting paper jams often
and the print job has become poor
quality/dirty-looking.  This has been going on for
a couple months and it has reached the point where
they need to be looked at. W#20010443[Edit Inv] and W#970583.
