Swapped out the fans with new ones. Had Adam
solder on a direct molex connection, so there will
be no chance of a wiring failure. Machine is
currently running 8 monitors with both fans
operating correctly.

This computer is used for (video) monitoring
around campus, and the fan just stopped running. 
She said Brian Witt was over to work a couple days
ago to work on it.  The purpose of the fan was to
prevent the video card from burning out.
