He is up and running.  The printer just needed to
be reset.

Tom, a contract person, usually brings his laptop
and prints from his laptop.  In the last week he
is unable to print from his personal laptop. 
There is a light flashing on the printer.  They
are able to still print from their computers. 
This is in room 134.
