He called back. I showed him the new path to his
public drive and it worked.

He keeps trying to save and keeps getting a 
saving error.  

Connection failed there was an error connecting 
to the server cougar, check the server name or IP 
address.

I talked him going through disconnecting his 
drive on cougar and then logging off and logging 
on but he said he doesn't know how to access the 
cougar drive.  He's going to try with the 
instructions we gave and call us back if he can 
get it to work.
