Hi Pat,

I don't have any updates but I have changed the 
priority on the ticket to High Priority so it 
will go to the top of the technician's list.   
They should be in touch asap.

please update the W# as the one given on the 
order was W#20090764[Edit Inv] but when I went to update it 
says it is the monitor W#, so please ask Pat 
Aldrich to show you computer for installation and 
update the task with correct w#

this software is on T:\IDRISI_academic and also 
has text file with license and password and 
installation instructions
but you will also be delivering a CD media set 
for PAtrick Aldrich to keep, it will be on the 
bulletin board behind my desk with Invoice
