Went down there and they said all the thin clients
were fine.

there are 5 more thin clients in the Alcove that
are also not working, and this is the same problem
as before. They are not connecting, or they
connect but don't stay connected.

I was just checking in with you regarding a 
service request ticket we have for you from back 
in December regarding the email trash 
conversations.  I know that there were several 
emails going on about this and I thought I would 
check and see if it was okay to close the ticket 
or if I could help set up a meeting with Dave 
Diemer, our email person to see if that would 
help with anything?

Lori called to say that they actually have 5 
computers down.  The TCS and the other 4 are in 
the Alcove.  They are all showing 26D on the 
screen where trying to connect.

there is a thin client that is in the library that
is not letting them get to the log in screen. it
is showing that there is a network connection but
it will not let them click on the microsoft tab to
get to the log in screen. Lori has worked on it
for you. the computer is tc3
