right now but I told her there wasn't a tech 
available to help.

Nancy called back this morning to say that this 
seems to not have been resolved after all.  It 
seems that it's officer Mike Silver that has no H 
drive no matter what computer he logs into.

I explained the whole Cougar situation and told 
her to disconnect and then log off and and then 
log back on and that would fix it.  She is going 
to call back if she can get it to work.
