You know what, since I know your dept is super 
busy, why don't you go ahead and delete the 
service request; it appeared that it was behaving 
that way when I tried to "reply" to only that one 
particular message and I've already anwered the 
email by a different method and deleted the old 
message, so I hope this saves somebody some time.

Is only doing it to Kathy Hill's email, I did a 
test one and it was fine.  Just that one email 
that is the problem.

Error:  Unauthorized request for mail service.  
Valid token is required.  Just responding to an 
email from Kathy Hill and just entering reply.  
Freezing computer, way slow and then error 
message pops.
