She is typically in the office in the mornings
from about 9-1pm.

She is unable to save things to her 'my documents'
folder.  Her shortcuts were gone this morning when
she logged into her computer.  She would like
someone to help her with that.  Also, she
frequently uses the program Drop-Box and on other
computers she can use the program without
problems, but on her WOU computer she is unable to
use Drop-Box.
