No, it has not been resolved and it has been 
almost 2 weeks since I put in the request.  No 
one from UCS has contacted me.

She was on sabbatical for fall quarter and now
when she tries to print it does not do anything.
She says that her computer is connected to her
office printer, but it just does not do anything.

The printer is 20090842[Edit Inv]
This is located in her office New PE room 214.

Please call her first before coming by. 88486 is a
good number to contact her at.
