The macbook is a professors laptop and they will
need notification prior to getting help because
they will have to get the laptop back.

When they try and move the files the hard drive
shows up as read only. They need to know if it is
possible to transfer the files and if it is how do
the go about doing that. the hard drive has files
already on it from a windows computer. it is for
KWOU. The hard drive is WOU's.
