Description: When going to the I drive to print 
it comes up with driver connection is unavailable.

We were wondering if this has been resolved for

She works mornings every day until noon.

When she goes into the I drive to print it comes 
up with driver connection is unavailable.  Make 
sure network souce is available.

Second issue - her calendar in Outlook is not 
working.  It's been a problem when she worked in 
another department.  Brings up, files were not 
shut down properly.
