Lazer printer jamming. 

Adam has a note on the ticket that he is waiting 
for the part to arrive and then will be able to 
get this working for you.

Good afternoon.  I have a service request.  My
lazer printer is having some issues.  I am
printing several long documents and it has jammed
at least 10 times.  I have taken the paper out,
turned it over, fanned it, put new paper in,
nothing helps. Maybe it needs to be cleaned or
serviced or something.  the WOU id# is 20080581[Edit Inv].
