I got a reply from Pinnacle Support. They sent me
a registry file that helped solve the problem,
after reinstallation.

I called the technical support for this product
but when I gave them the service codes the
automated system said that they are invalid.

I submitted an online service request. Waiting for
a response

The issue with the software is that it stopped
loading the montage themes under the edit category.

I updated the drivers, and did windows updates,
but the problem still persists
