Services, The software is saying it is expired and
it is needed ASAP for captioning purposes. 
Contact Mollie Loving, Susie Friberg or Malissa
LArson to get this resolves as soon as possible.

When I looked up the service request for install
it lists the station to be installed as
W#20091297[Edit Inv]. The tech completed the task on Jan 26,
2011 with the following note: 

    "installed and registered the software and it all
    seems to be working fine"

If that is not the WOU of the station you are
referring to then we need to talk about that.  If
it is that station then a tech will need to check
it out.
 Let me know and I will reopen the task as
necessary and put it on high priority.  Sometimes
software is picky about what account or rights are
for the person using it.  It can get in the way of
how it finalizes the registration process.  Since
each software package is different it is sometimes
takes some troubleshooting to figure out why that
software is saying it is not registered.

This is a general Staff interpreter station, 
please also check to see how this station is 
running well as they are reporting occasional 
problems and shutdowns. 
Softare is on  T:\NCH_PRISM
