finished his printer insallation.  i told him i
would close his task for now and when the company
calls him back for the software, we can re-open
the task.

Brian Caster is trying to install some software
onto his computer. He gets the software onto the
computer and when he goes to open it, it comes up
with an error that says that it has to close the
window. He is thinking that it may have to do with
Sophos not liking the software.
