When she is on webmail she is trying to copy and
paste things within an email. When she hits reply
and then copies her signiture at the bottom of the
page and tried to copy and paste or cut and paste
to put it at the top where she is going to reply
it wont let her. Instead it deleted everything
else within the email. 
It just started last Thursday and she isn't sure
if she did it by mistake.
