Todor,

Replacement order has been setup, ERM427-01.  Its
a full unit replacement as its easier to send then
the parts.  Should arrive by the 22 of February.

Hello Ryan,
This is Todor with University Computing Services
at Western Oregon University. I am in and out of
the office throughout the day, so the best way to
contact me is through email.
The issue is that when we received the replacement
printer (SN: CN05J3K060) it did not arrive with
any of the other components (duplexer, paper
guide, power adapter, power cord, USB cord,
printheads, ink cartridges). When we talked to the
customer service representative in preparation to
send the old printer (SN: MY9BB242ZM0514) back for
replacement, we were given explicit instructions
to include in the box each and every component.
We would like to have the rest of the components
(listed above) sent to us as soon as possible so
that we can start using this printer again.

that a case manager will be calling us back within
the next 48 hours.

I put the printer in a box, together with
printheads, ink cartridges, power adapter, power
cable and the USB cable.

Joanie is printing a label and getting the box
ready to be shipped

Waiting for confirmation from HP via email that
the warranty has been updated.

I talked to HP Customer Service again, and they
gave me a different fax number (the first one
didn't go through). I faxed in the invoice, and
they told me that it may take 24-48 hours before
the warranty information is updated.

I contacted HP Customer support but they informed
me that the printer is out of warrenty, which
according to our inventory is incorrect.

We need to fax them our invoice to this number:
18005634860, and then call them back with service
request# 8047154872 to dispute the warranty
information, and after that we can proceed with
the customer support.

Her printer is printing faded and sometime never
prints at all. It just started doing it. I had her
look inside of the printer and she said that it
had ink everywhere as if it had a leak inside it. 
Printer is an HP Office Jet pro 8000
