When the "Torpedo" printer driver was put back on
my machine, apparently it wasn't done with a
driver that allows me to customize the paper
size. I've searched all the usual places and can
no longer find the option.

I need it set up the same way it's set up on Sue
Payton's machine. Otherwise, when Sue's away as
she is now, I can't print poster-size jobs.

Thanks,
Scott

Hi Scott,

We were just following up with you regarding a
service request that we have for you (#41307)

Description: Needs printer driver installed.

We believe Jordan from our office emailed some
information and we were just wondering if this
helped and if it has been resolved for you or if
we can still be of assistance with this. If so,
just let us know, we'll be happy to help.

Thanks!

Scott,
This is Jordan with the UCS, I'm emailing you
in regards to your service request for the printer
Torpedo to be added to your computer. Because
permissions on the printer have been locked down
and access has only been granted to a select few
individuals on campus (you being one obviously), I
cannot add the printer without your credentials.
That being said, I wrote up a quick script and
placed it on your desktop, called
'addPrinter-Scott_Carter-Torpedo.bat'. Simply
double click that, and the printer should be added
to your list, and you should have instant access
to it. If this does not work, please feel free to
email me back or give us a call at 88925, and i
can come by tomorrow, or whenever would be best
for you. Thank you very much for your time.

WOU# is 20091334[Edit Inv]. That's my correct number,
though it's fine for a tech to just stop by. I'll
be leaving at 3 p.m. today, so if somebody wants
to come by and install it while I'm gone this
afternoon, that would be fine. My office is in
ITC204.

But if today won't work, swinging by another time
is fine too.

I created a service request for you. The number is
41307. A tech will get to it just as soon as they
are able. In the mean time, could you please
answer a few more questions for me?

What is the WOU number on your office computer?
(it should be a white sticker with a bar code on
the tower itself, not the monitor)

Would you like a tech to set up an appointment
with you to install the driver or is it ok if they
just come by? If you would like an appointment,
when would you most prefer?

Is your correct office extension 88848? And is
that the best number to contact you at?

Thank you very much, and I will update your
request with this information just as soon as I
hear back from you.

Hi,

When someone gets a chance, I need our HP
"Torpedo" printer driver put back on my machine so
I can print direct to it. When I received my new
computer, we failed to put it on there.

Remember, that this printer is set up to print
direct so others can't print to it.

Thanks,
Scott
