Hi Karisa,

Yes, all three printers are jamming when patrons
send double-sided print jobs (20090478[Edit Inv], 20090473[Edit Inv] &
20090472).  At the moment we posted a sign above
the printers asking patrons to avoid double-sided
printing.  I posted this ticket in Moodle as well.

Now, every page that comes out of the printer is
creasing.  They will be directing a lot of
students this way who will want reimbursed print
credits when their documents come out creased.

now so if they could get help asap.  This is the 
printer in the HL Ref area, the one on the far 
left.
