I went in a fixed the printer. One of the rollers
had jammed not allowing paper to freely feed into
the printer.

The Lab attendants are having to configure the
APSC printers to the computers, over and over,
it's not retaining the printer name.

We had a Lab student meeting last night and most
the group shared what a problem that this is. It
only lets the tray be partially filled.
Other issues:
- All Mac's in the lab can print to the APSC
printers
- Many of the printers are not retaining the
Xerox printer information.

Just a reminder, this is still a big issue. I
usually take a couple of pages out and open and
close the front cover which makes it work again
but sometimes it only prints a page or two before
it jams up again.

Printer #20090475[Edit Inv] (the one on the right) in the
apsc computer lab keeps getting "paper jams".
There is no actual paper jam but the printer makes
a loud noise and then stops working and gives that
message. I also noticed that when I open the paper
tray there is a mark on the top paper made from
the roller. I think what is happening is that it
tries to pick up a piece of paper but has troubles
so it calls it a paper jam. I looked at the roller
and it seems fine. Also, I've gotten the printer
to work after this happens but it keeps happening
and the print jobs don't go to the other printer,
they are stalled until the printer on the right is
fixed (temporarily).
