She is receiving two different error messages. 
One says 'Critical error has occurred while
indexing data stored on the hard drive.'  The
other error message is down by the task bar and it
says 'Critical error message: your hard-drive is
not found, missing hard drive.' She tried
restarting.  She is able to work although these
messages are very frequently popping up.  This
started happening yesterday.
