It keeps jamming, Adam W fixed it. He was going to
call in a tune up job with Xerox

They now have a second one that it also not 
printing. This wou number is: 20090473[Edit Inv]. It is a 
xerox. It was printing this morning, but now it 
has stopped.

She needs this re-opened. The printer is still 
not printing.

Had todor clear the queue and i restarted it. all
the printers had jobs printing.

****This is an email****

Our printer HL Ref 3 (the right/west one) is not
receiving any print jobs.  It is plugged in and
data cable is plugged in appropriately.  It has
been restarted and no change.  WOU number 20090478[Edit Inv]
We are getting a bit printer-desperate since our
alcove printer has been down for 2 weeks and HL
Ref 1 jams every time we get a duplex job.  If you
could put this on a priority ticket for us I'd be
really grateful!
