There was a hair in the scanner eye that was
causing the black line.  The printer is back up
and running now.

There is a black line that is going down the
middle of her papers that she prints. it is a
consistent line and she would like to have it
cleaned. she has changed the toner and that has
not fixed it. She has pulled the strip that is in
the printer.
