From Teresa to Donna

Hi Donna,

Hope things are going well!

I'm working with Tricia on replacing some of the
older computers on campus. Right now we are
working on the 2005 machines, so once we get
through these down the road, then we will be start
working on the 2006 machines, but the good news, I
think we can get the 2006 working for you with the
wireless.

We have created a service request for this, it's
#41517 and we have made it a high priority so a
tech can get it working for you asap.

Let me know if you have any questions. :)

Thanks!
Teresa

Yes, I was referring to the 2006 laptop. It is
old and doesn't connect properly to the wireless
and it would be good to have it replaced as we
use the laptops for financial aid advising during
the spring Preview Day (April) and Transfer
Orientation (May) and SOAR (June & July)
programs.
