She just needed to reboot her laptop.  She thought
she was rebooting when she pulled the power cord,
but the battery kept it on.  I restarted the
machine and things are working fine.

Just keeps freezing and has tried everything to 
reset it and get it working again and no luck.

She needs this ASAP.  She is in ED 228.
