A tech is welcome to come over and show him how to
do this anytime he's there. Today he's there until
4pm, please call to check and see if it is going
to be another day.

He had called last week to have someone come over
to his office and show him how to transfer some
files within the webmail system.

He is also having problems copying files from
downloads and moving it somewhere else. He would
like someone to show him how to save downloads.
