Alicia thinks that there may be a virus on her
computer. There is norton running on her computer
but it is a campus computer. She knows that we use
sophos on the campus computers so she does not
know why norton would be on her computer. She has
tried to stop the program from running under the
task manager but it does not stop the program. It
has also made a new icon on her desktop that has
not been there before.
