I fixed Sophos, updated Java, and upgraded Adobe
Reader to version 10.0.1.

He is concerned that he does not have Sophos
running on his computer because he recently
noticed that the shield icon was not there.  He
said Sophos showed up under 'all programs' but he
isn't sure if it is running.
