Karisa Mueller	Mar 07, 2011 10:15 AM	**This is an email** Hi Karisa, Yes, all three printers are jamming when patrons send double-sided print jobs (20090478, 20090473 & 20090472). At the moment we posted a sign above the printers asking patrons to avoid double-sided printing. I posted this ticket in Moodle as well. Thank you for your speedy reply. Lori Bullis	Add Attachment
Karisa Mueller	Mar 07, 2011 09:46 AM	W#20090478 is a HL Ref printer. It is jamming every 5 pages or so. The jam is taking place near the bottom by the roller near tray 2. W#20090473 is also an HL Ref printer. This printer is making a lot cranking noises. This printer also jams in the upper part. This week is a very busy time for the library with students printing a lot. She hopes this gets taken care of soon.	Add Attachment
