They are using Microsoft Access and are trying to
open a file that was created in an older Office
Suite and it doesn't seem to be compatible with
their new 2007 version.  It says it is needs to do
updates, but then the updates are not properly
installing.  Apparently the whole week this
computer has been running very slowly and often
trying to install updates.  This computer is in
the front desk area of ED 202, W#20070541[Edit Inv].
