Turned off Solution center from starting up. 

Also the tab that said unread messages was not
checked open. Thats what the 16 unread messages were.

When she starts her computer she get a message
popping up from the Solution Center saying 'The
feature you are trying to use is on a CD-rom or
other removable disc. Insert the solution center
disc and click Okay.' She can close out of this by
clicking the 'x' or 'cancel' but she does not know
why this is coming up.  Another issue she has is
with Outlook.  In her email, it is showing that in
her Inbox she has unread messages, but she doesn't
see them.
