We were just emailing you regarding a service 
request that we have for you. (#41833)

2 staff members are having problems migrating to 
Gmail, mostly with VMware.

She is assisting her coworkers migrate to Gmail
and she has run into two problems.  The first one
is when she is trying to download the VM software,
she is getting an error saying 'cannot access the
network location.'  This is Cindy Cooper's
computer (W#20080591).

For the other one, she is able to download the VM
software, but when she tries to connect to the
connection server 'viewcon1.wou.edu' it says the
view connection server connection failed.  This
station is occupied by Kelly Jaskowski, computer
W#20080595[Edit Inv].

The good news is that everyone else in Financial
Aid has migrated without any issues.
