Hello, this is Tyler Bell at the University
Computing Center. I was wondering if there have
been any reports of printer jams in the WUC
recently. We received a service request for a
printer that had a possible printing jam, but the
actual printer reported was not located in the
lab. This leads me to believe that either the WOU#
on the printer was wrong, or that the printer
wasn't in the lab.

The current printers in the WUC lab include 2 4500
series printers and a Canon. The WOU# of the
jammed printer exists in inventory, but is not in
the lab. The WOU #s of the current computers in
the lab are also radically different.

In WUC lab there is a printer jam.  It says, 'Jam
in top cover, remove cartridge.'  This is in WUC
computer lab downstairs.  I believe it is W#20040304[Edit Inv].
