She said she spoke with Lance about this issue
earlier but I was unable to find a service request.

They previously could choose between black/white
or color.  Now, everything is printing is color
only.  The advice that was given to her was to
change the setting, but she is afraid that if she
does that, everything will print in black/white
and she will no longer be able to print in color.
