Status changed from (1) Pending to (5) Completed

Got the HD in from dell and pushed the image onto
it. I'm re-running the system test now.

Task reassigned to Richard Kavanagh.

Called today and wanted to know when this could be
looked at.

He thinks that it is just outlook. His computer
runs fine if outlook is closed but if he opens
outlook even when it is the only program it will
freeze. it is not immediate but after a little
while it will lock up. 

He has to do a hard restart.

It has been doing it since the google switch over.
It froze when he was doing the merger. Then he
restarted it. He now has 2 profiles in his
outlook. every time he opens out look it asks him
which one he wants to use and he chooses the one
that successfully went through. 

It's not a mail issue.  Clear cookies, remove
toolbars, reset browser settings, etc. 

He is not sure if this is a causal relationship. 2
days ago he migrated his email and now about once
an hour his computer freezes and he can't even do
ctrl+alt+delete he has to hit the power button to
unfreeze it.
