Dr. Baldwin is anxious to have his laptop repaired
and returned. This is his primary computer and he
has been without for some time. Can you please
give me an estimated repair date so that I can let
him know what to expect. Presently, not knowing
makes it seem endless.

Yesterday, Lance picked up the laptop from my
office. I happened to be out and would like to let
him know that any repairs that would result in any
costs need to be authorized by me before
proceeding.  Thanks.

I brought the laptop back. It seems to have a bad
back light. Screen starts off pink then color
corrects then the back light goes out.
