Ermie had tried to install a Win 7 scanner driver
which crashed the computer.

I updated the BIOS, uninstalled all previous EPSON
software and installed the appropriate driver.

I tested the scanner and it worked with no problems.

International student service office. the computer
is giving a pre fetch is corrupt error. it is a
blue error screen. they have tried restating it. 

It has started in the last week or so.
