I had to cold reset it.  The printer is now back
up and running.

I am having a problem with my printer.  WOU#
20080581[Edit Inv].  Adam replaced a roller on it several
weeks ago, but it has not been working correctly.
 Before the repair, if you put paper in the by
pass tray, it would pull from there.  Now it won't
pull from there, only from the bottom tray.  I
have tried to reset it, turned it off and back on,
but it doesn't work.  Can someone come look at it?
