Hi Danny,
 
I believe the W#20060257 was replaced by Dale on 
May 6th with W#20101136 and the W#20060257 
machine was taken away at that time.  So we think 
this is resolved but we do show a Dell laptop 
W#20071106 that is maybe due for replacement.  
Are you wanting to replace this laptop?  If so, 
I'm assuming a Dell laptop with a docking 
station?  If you decide to go this route, if we 
can have you put in a purchase request 
(www.wou.edu/purchaserequest) for the docking 
station since this is considered an accessory.  
We would also need to know if you were wanting to 
use this year's budget or next years?
 
Also if you happen to have time, if you could 
note the W#'s of each of the machines in your 
area and let us know the purpose for each 
computer.  The reason being we show them all 
being issued to you but do realize that some are 
may be workstations or other areas and if we knew 
what was what, then we can note on the equipment 
so it doesn't all come up under Danny Barnts and 
showing just you using all the computers.   :)

I just wanted to double check with you, it sounds 
like I had things not quite right for the 
computer replacement.  So for the computer 
W#20060257 (can you confirm the W#) needs to be a 
Dell PC workstation (no Mac's and no laptops, 
correct?)
 
Any special software?
 
If you could get back to me ASAP, that would be 
great!

Teresa,

Here is what I had in mind. I was hoping to buy a 
laptop and a docking station that I could use at 
my current desk. The laptop is ideal because I do 
not always work at my desk area.

Then this just came through yesterday but Konnie 
asked for computers that were from 2007 or older. 
i let her know that the one I have been using was 
a 2006 so that is now in the process of getting 
replaced too.

So I would like there to be two new computers in 
my office area. One in the front area and the 
other in my office. That one in my office I would 
like to have a Dell laptop with a docking 
station. 

I hope this makes sense. Thanks for your help

This will be located on the back counter of ITC 
008 with a GFA setup form.
