think the tech told me it would be ready this

I have a WOU laptop that needs serviced. The
screen is going dark and will only go back to
normal after rebooting, so I'm thinking the
backlight may need to be replaced. The # is
20070969[Edit Inv]. I use this laptop nearly everyday for
work, so I need to have it fixed as soon as
