Her computer seems to be working properly. She
hasn't experienced the blue screen again, and the
printer issue is resolved.

She called to see when someone might come help
her--she is unable to work with her computer like
this.  She will be in her office all day except
for her lunch around 1-2pm.

This is a 3-fold issue:  She gets "the blue screen
of death" periodically along with an error message
that mentions a corrupt file, ati2dvag, and
manually shuts down her computer.  She also gets
an error message that says her device driver is
caught in an infinite loop.  The third problem is
that when she prints off students' transcripts off
of banner, she doesn't have the option to set her
default printer and since she got upgraded to
Windows 7 her default settings are gone and she
needs to be able to reset them.
