Work Performed
-	Found that the Sun Ray had a connection to the
server but that is just wasn¿t loading the
connection screen. 
-	Disconnected the network cable from the thin
client and plugged it back in. No change.
-	Power cycled the device.
-	The thin client connected to the server and
loaded the terminal services connection agent.
-	The device had the following IP/MAC addresses:
-	140.211.112.248 / D0-14-4F-0E-8C-80

Current Status:
-	The thin client is now ready to accept connections.

There is a thin client that is not rebooting in
the library. It is located behind the information
desk. 
they have tried to unlpug it and letting it sit.
