Nicole Crane	Mar 31, 2011 10:11 AM	She is not able to open PDF's when she tries to open one from an email it just doesn't do anything. Even if an attatchment is not a pdf she cannot open it. She does hace acrobat so i don't know why she cant view them. It did say she needed to upgrade it but when she went to it didnt say accept anywhere so she didn't follow through with the upgrade. Main office has a key to get into her office since she is only here one day.	Add Attachment
