You have been added to the security on ED-Guppy so
you can print.

Heitho is not able to print to the printer,
"guppy" that is in the ed office. it is giving her
a error message say that she is not able to print
to the printer because of the settings and that
she should try and print a test page. when i have
had her remapped the printer she gets the same error.
