Work Performed
-	Kristin Olsen demonstrated the issue for me.
-	When she was going through the steps of
importing the data into OmniForm, everything
worked as it should.
-	She said before OmniForm did not give her the
option for importing a txt/csv file.
-	My mere presence at the computer must have
caused the system to work.

Current Status:
-	OmniForm is importing data as expected.

Hi Jackie,

We need for OmniForm to be able to read the
information from our CD so that we can reprint
1042S Tax Forms. We can't seem to import the data
from the disk into OmniForm. We had the same
problem with our W-2's and Jordan fixed it. He
even made directions for us. But alas, we cannot
get past step 2.

It needs some sort of a text driver set up.

My computer # is 20091326[Edit Inv].

We are having a problem reading our 1042S
information from OmniForm. Could someone please
come over? Our international students are needing
this information for tax reasons and taxes are due
April 15th.

Jordan Colton helped us with this before.
